The Library is hosting a seminar on copyright issues in relation to teaching & research. This seminar will cover:

• Basic concepts of copyright in Hong Kong (e.g. ownership, acts restricted by copyright)
• Permitted acts relevant to teaching and research
• Copyright licensing bodies in Hong Kong
• Introduction to Creative Commons

Notes: Please bring along your HKUST card for attendance taking. Late arrival for more than 10 minutes will not be counted towards the 6770 course hours.
