About the Speaker:
Prof. Ye Zhou is a Distinguished Professor in the Institute for Advanced Study, Shenzhen University. He received his B.S. from Nanjing University, M.S. from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. from City University of Hong Kong. He was elected as Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) in 2021, Fellow of the Institute of Physics (FInstP) and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET) in 2022.
His research interests include neuromorphic materials, devices and systems. He holds 25 granted USA/China patents and has published more than 200 papers in journals such as IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, IEEE JFLEX, Science, Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, etc.
He is the associate editor of IEEE Access and serves as reviewer of IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology, IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, etc.
