Borrower Card

• The annual fee is HK$100.
• Members of the HKUST Alumni Association will have the fees waived for the first year.
• Check the Borrowing Policy for details of borrowing privileges and rules.

Reader Card

• The annual fee is HK$50.
• Holders of this card have no borrowing privileges.

Application

• Application and renewal are available via HKUST Alumni APP (Android / IOS) maintained by Development and Alumni Office.
• The library card will be effective one day after the application is made successfully.
