Long-Serving Retirees/Leavers and Spouses Library Card

Long-serving retirees/leavers and their spouses may apply for a borrower or reader card.

 

Borrower Card

  • The fee is HK$500 for lifetime and HK$100 per year.
  • Check the Borrowing Policy for details of borrowing privileges and rules.

 

Reader Card

  • The annual fee is HK$50.
  • Holders of this card have no borrowing privileges.
