Voyant tool is a free, web-based, and easy-to-use platform for exploring and analyzing a large amount of unstructured text. This workshop is designed to introduce you with the basic functions of voyant tool. In this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Importing text into Voyant tool
• Exploring the themes/key phrases within a text and to formulate research questions
• Discovering the patterns, distributions, and connections between the themes/key phrases and to answer research questions
• Creating and exporting your visualization
