Open Access Agreement with the American Institute of Mathematical Sciences
Academic Publishing

We are pleased to announce that the Library has launched an Open Subscription agreement with the American Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS). This agreement allows for unlimited Gold open access publishing at no cost to authors in the following three journals in 2023:

To publish with Gold open access, simply ensure that you are the corresponding author, list HKUST as your affiliation, and use your HKUST email account when submitting your manuscript. Then, when replying to the galley proof message sent from the AIMS Production Editor or Production Specialist, notify AIMS that you want your article to be published open access.

Open access is shaping the future of scholarly publishing. The Library is striving to provide a sustainable transition in a way that works for researchers at HKUST. If you are interested in learning more about open access publishing agreements, please visit https://library.hkust.edu.hk/services/research-support/ta/ or contact our Research Support Team at lbrs@ust.hk.
