No HKALL Request Available

There are several possible reasons why no HKALL request is available.

It could be about the item; maybe it’s:

• In a non-loanable location at its home Library (Reserve, Special Collections, etc.)
• In a non-loanable format (DVD, CD, microfilm, serials, etc.)
• Already checked out at its home Library
• Available for loan at HKUST Library

It could be about you; perhaps:

• You’ve reached quota for HKALL loans or requests
• You’re not eligible for HKALL loan (e.g. alumni or family member)
• Your account is blocked
