The Library can issue certified reports for researchers and postgraduates who need a verification of their citation counts; such documents are sometimes required in application processes of grants, awards or job search.
Service charge is calculated based on the number of publications and the databases used. Please allow at least two weeks for the process; it may take longer depending on the complexity of the task.
