The survey was conducted in February 2017 to collect feedback on the new Library Website, which was released in August 2016. Over 400 users responded to this brief survey, rating their perception and giving comments on the website. The three charts below summarize users’ rating.
Taking the suggestions from the open comments, the links to Library room booking and MyAccount login are now accessible at an upper position on the homepage.
