The Registration Desk is located at Room G3514, on Floor 3, Green Zone of the Academic Building.

On-site registration is available during the following hours. Conference materials including Program, Abstracts booklet, and badge will be distributed at the Registration Desk.

Very limited parking will be available at the conference venue. Delegates are advised to take public transportation to City University if at all possible. Please consult the location map for details.

Name badge will admit participants to conference activities including tea breaks, lunches, cultural events and conference banquet. Participants are advised to wear the badge at all times.

Name badges are color-coded as follows:

Lunches and tea breaks are provided for delegates during the conference from 17 – 20 January inclusively. Light refreshments and beverages are provided during conference tea breaks on Floor 4 of the Academic Building (Purple Zone) at Atrium. Lunches are served on Floor 5 of the Academic Building (Red Zone) at City Express.

Participants attending the pre-conference sessions and workshops may take their tea breaks and lunches at the various restaurants at City University. Consult the maps and venue information for details.

Two speakers’ rooms, equipped with computers and AV facilities, are located on Floor 4 of the Academic Building (Purple Zone) at Room P4704 and P4801. Speakers can review their slides and Powerpoint presentations in the rooms.

Computers with internet access and printers have been reserved for conference participants in Room Orion of the Computing Services Centre on Floor 2 of the Academic Building (Blue Zone). A group account “PNC” with the password “PNC” can be used by PNC attendees from 15 – 20 January to access City University computers and network. To use the computer facilities, you are required to wear your badge at all times. The hours of the Computing Services Centre are:

Conference participants may also use the Express Terminals on Floor 4 of the Academic Building.

There will be a message board by the Information and Service Desk where delegates can exchange personal messages.
