Professor Chen Jin, Director of Shanghai Jiao Tong University

陳進,博士,上海交通大學教授、博士生導師、圖書館館長、李政道圖書館執行館長、上海交通大學李政道科學與藝術委員會秘書長,日本東京工業大學客座教授,教育部高校圖書情報工作指導委員會副主任,上海市高校圖工委秘書長兼副主任,上海市圖書館學會副理事長。同時擔任中國振動工程學會學會常務理事,故障診斷學會秘書長。

長期從事振動及噪聲信號處理及機械故障診斷理論、方法和應用技術等方面的研究。曾獲國家科技進步一等獎 1 項,教育部自然科學二等獎 1 項,上海市科技進步二、三等獎各 1 項。出版專著 6 部,發表論文 320 餘篇,其中被 SCI 和 EI 收錄 240 餘篇,在國際學術會議上作大會特邀報告 3 次。在圖書館領域,創立 IC2 創新服務模式,組織建立泛學科化服務體系、學科館員培訓體系,創立「圖書館管理與服務創新論壇」,發表論文 30 餘篇,著作 9 部。

Professor & PhD supervisor of Shanghai Jiao Tong university, guest professor of Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech), University Librarian of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Vice Chairman of Library & Information Committee of MOE of China, Secretary-General & Vice Chairman of Academic Library & Information Committee of Shanghai, Vice Director of Shanghai Society for Library Science, and also, Member of Standing Committee of Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering, Vice President & Secretary-General of the Fault Diagnosis Society of China.

Expert of vibration and noise signal processing, the main research area focuses on engineering signal processing and mechanical fault diagnostics, including diagnostic theory, methods and application technologies. Received one 1st-Level Award of the National Science & Technique Progress, one 2nd Level Award of the nature science of MOE, and 2nd & 3rd Level Award of the Science & Technique Progress of Shanghai. Published more than 320 papers and 6 books, in which, 240 articles were cited by SCI & EI, and presented three plenary Keynotes on international academic congress. As a director of university library, he found the IC2 creative service model, organize to setup the ubiquitous subject service system and the subject librarian training system, establish the Creative Forum for Library Management and Service, published more than 30 academic papers and 9 books.

泛學科化服務的創新之路
An Innovative Way of Ubiquitous Subject Service

Abstract
泛學科化服務體系是上海交通大學圖書館創立的一種全新的學科化服務模式。在簡單說明泛學科服務體系的創立和形成過程的基礎上,全面系統地闡述了泛學科化服務體系的內涵、特徵、實施舉措以及運行機制等創新發展思路及方案,然後通過走進院系開展服務、創新資源建設架構、融入教學、走進科研、支持創新以及文化育人等不同方面的實際案例,說明了該體系的有效性和價值。最後對未來發展進行了憧憬。

Ubiquitous subject service system is an original subject service model created by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library. After a brief description of the background and initiation process of the system, this presentation explains in details the connotation, characteristics, implementation and operational mechanism, to delineates the innovative thoughts and strategies behind the ideas. And then, through actual service cases, including outreaching to faculties, innovating collection development strategies, integrating into teaching and research, supporting for creativity and whole-person education, the presentation illustrates the effectiveness and impact of the system. It concludes with a vision of future development.

數據驅動的決策與服務
Data Analysis Driven Decision-Making and Services

Abstract
數據驅動的圖書館服務、以及借助數據分析的決策支持服務,是當今高校圖書館發展的重要方向。上海交通大學圖書館以泛學科化服務為基礎,借助數據分析,在資源建設和學科服務方面進行了前瞻性的實踐探索,取得一定成效。報告重點介紹了我們在學科前沿、趨勢、態勢分析、以及高被引學者分析和人才評估等學科服務方面的案例,同時介紹了電子資源分析、資源地圖、自動映射分類系統等資源建設和評估方面的案例。希望能夠為大學圖書館的同仁提供資鑑。

Data-driven library services, and decision-making based on data analysis, have become an important direction for university library development nowadays. Grounded on its ubiquitous subject service, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library used data analysis to conduct a forward-looking exploration on resource building and subject services, and there is certain success. This report highlights our case studies in different areas of subject services, including frontiers and trends analysis, highly-cited scholars and talent assessment. It also introduces application cases on resources development and evaluation, such as electronic resources analysis, resource-map, and auto-mapping classification expert system. It is expected that the experiences can provide good reference for colleagues in university libraries.
